The Court: On being mentioned by the learned counsel for the parties,

matter is treated as on Day's List subject to the consideration of the urgency as

well as non-availability of the regular Bench.

Kiran Reddy, a director of the judgment debtor is present in Court today.

He deposes that he has filed the affidavit of assets already. He undertakes to be

present before the regular Bench on 17th February, 2023. Accordingly, upon

considering such undertaking the Warrant of Arrest is kept in abeyance for the

time being.

Deputy Sheriff is directed to inform the appropriate police authorities so

that no adverse steps in connection with such Warrant of Arrest is taken. Such

intimation shall be subject to payment of requisites by the said judgment

debtor.

Matter is made returnable on17th February, 2023 under the heading

'Examination of the Judgment Debtor' as per the order passed by the regular

Bench on 6th January, 2023 and on that date the award debtor is directed to

be present for examination .
