medical termination of pregnancy of a 13-
year old survivor of a heinous crime.

3. It transpires that at the time of authoring
the report, the survivor-in-question was
about 24 weeks 6 days' pregnant.
4. It is informed that at present, she is about
26 weeks' pregnant.
5. Since the matter is not adversarial, hearing
is concluded and judgment is reserved.
