The present appeal has been preferred challenging
the judgment dated 16th January, 2020 passed by the
learned single Judge in the writ petition, being W. P.
No.29124 (W) of 2014.
Heard the learned advocates appearing for the
respective parties.
There is no scope for issuance of any interim order
in the present appeal. In view thereof, no order is
required to be passed in the stay application, being IA
No.: CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No.: CAN 2445 of 2020) and the
same is, accordingly, disposed of.
The appellant is directed to prepare paper books
incorporating the pleadings exchanged by the parties in
the writ petition together with translated copies of the
documents pertaining to the disciplinary proceedings.
Let such paper books be filed and served upon the
learned advocate appearing for the respondents, within
four weeks from date.
List the appeal for final hearing in the combined
monthly list of October, 2023.
