The Court : The judgment debtor is examined in part. During the course

of examination the judgment debtor undertakes to provide the Income Tax

Returns for the years 2015 to 2019 and the bank statements of the accounts

referred to in the Affidavit of Assets as well as those of his wife the judgment

debtor no. 2 and also their respective PAN details.

The Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor seeks an

adjournment to take instructions as to what payment can be made immediately

to the decree holder in terms of the order dated 28 March, 2023.

The Department is directed to produce all the records of this proceeding

on the returnable date.

The aforesaid documents must be produced on 24 August, 2023. Let this

matter appear on 28 August, 2023.
