The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the judgment-debtor no. 2

submits that the papers which were mentioned in the order passed by this

Court on 16th June, 2023 are with the judgment-debtor no. 2. By the order

dated 16th June, 2023 the judgment-debtor no. 2 was directed to get certain

documents in respect of the last five years pertaining to five accounts

mentioned in paragraph 8 of the Affidavit of Assets. Counsel appearing for the

award-holder must, therefore, be given an opportunity to see these documents

before examining the judgment-debtor no. 2.

List this matter on 8th September, 2023 for continuing the examination

of the judgment-debtor no. 2.

The Advocate-on-Record of the judgment-debtors will hand over the

documents to the Advocate-on-Record of the award-holder in course of the day.
