The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner

contends, rightly, that certain corrections are required to be

incorporated in the judgment and order dated July 27, 2023.

Accordingly, let the following corrections be deemed to be

incorporated in the judgment and order dated July 27, 2023:

In paragraph 41 of the said judgment, the phrase

"June 27, 2017 (being Annexure P-4 at page 134 of the present

writ petition)" be read as "December 24, 2021 (being Annexure

P-11 at page 260 of the present writ petition)".

In paragraph 42 of the said judgment dated July 27,

2023, the phrase "October 1, 2013, that is, the date of

notification of the WBSSIS, 2013" be read as "July, 2019".

Let this order be deemed to stand incorporated in the

order dated July 27, 2023 for the purpose of granting

certified copies.

However, the other prayers made by the learned

counsel for the parties would tantamount to a modification of

the order and hence are not gone into. Since the writ

petition has already been disposed of, no further order need

be passed on such score.
