The Court:- None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any

adjournment prayed for on their behalf.

The matter was appearing in the Warning List and the parties were

deemed to have had notice that the matter would be taken up for hearing.

It appears from the earlier orders of Court that though a warrant of arrest

and production for judgment-debtor no. 1 was passed, the judgment-debtor no.

1 has not yet been produced till date.

In such circumstances, there shall be fresh warrants of arrest against the

judgment-debtor no. 1.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no. 1

on or before the returnable date.

The Deputy Sheriff is directed to communicate the passing of the order to

the concerned authorities.

The Deputy Sheriff is also directed to file a Report on the returnable date.

Let this matter appear on 1st September, 2023.
