The Court: Perused the report submitted by the Deputy Sheriff which

shows that he had gone to the suit property on 10th April, 2023 but he failed to

enter into the same due to strong resistance by one Sanchu Thakur who claimed

to have been in possession of the property in question. Let the report be kept

with the record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sanchu Thakur seeks for an

accommodation to take out necessary application. Let such application be filed

within a week.

Let the matter appear on 3rd May, 2023.

The decree-holder is directed to serve a copy of the execution application

to the judgment-debtor in the course of the day.
