                   Mr. Bikram Banerjee, learned advocate appearing

            for the petitioner places reliance upon the judgment

            reported at (2018) 16 SCC 533 (Abdul Motin vs.

            Manisankar Maiti and others), to argue that the

            "Bachelor of Library and Information Science" degree

            conferred by Nataji Subhas Open University should be

            treated at par with the degrees conferred by other

            regular Universities. He files an exception to the report

            filed on behalf of the University.

                   Mr.    Gupta,    learned      advocate   representing

            University Grants Commission seeks three weeks' time

            to file affidavit.

under the heading 'Hearing'.

      In the meantime, University Grants Commission

shale file its affidavit and serve a copy thereof upon the

petitioner and the other respondents.
