for the petitioner places reliance upon the judgment
reported at (2018) 16 SCC 533 (Abdul Motin vs.
Manisankar Maiti and others), to argue that the
"Bachelor of Library and Information Science" degree
conferred by Nataji Subhas Open University should be
treated at par with the degrees conferred by other
regular Universities. He files an exception to the report
filed on behalf of the University.

University Grants Commission seeks three weeks' time
to file affidavit.
