The instant revisional application has been preferred
against the order dated February 13, 2017 passed by the learned
Judge, Special Court under the N.D.P.S. Act in connection with
Special Case No.64 of 2016 under Section18(C)/20 of the N.D.P.S
Act, 1985.
Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner
submits that Special Case pending before the learned Special Judge
cum Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Malda is disposed of
acquitting the present petitioner from the case, after finding the
petitioner to be not guilty in the alleged offence. He prayed for
necessary order.
Heard the learned advocate perused the copy of the
judgment passed by the learned Special Judge in Special Case No.
64 of 2016 corresponding the Sessions Trial Case No. 6 of 2018. It
appears that the entire Special case has been disposed of finding
the present petitioner to be not guilty. Thus, further proceeding of
the present revisional application is became infrustuous.
Accordingly, the criminal revisional application is disposed of being
infructuous.
Any order of stay or/and all corresponding the orders
passed by this Court during the continuation of the instant
criminal revisional application are also vacated.
Any pending connected applications are also disposed of.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
downloaded from the official website of this Court.
