The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the award debtor submits that

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Jain has suffered a cardiac arrest and is, accordingly, unable

to travel Calcutta. She accordingly, prays that the award debtor be allowed to file

the affidavit of assets by having the same notarized in Jodhpur. Such leave is

granted. The affidavit of assets should be filed within a period of three weeks

from date.

The matter shall appear six weeks hence for Examination of the Judgment

Debtors.
