This is a matter where the petitioners say that

they are not covered by the judgement of this court

whereby the petitioners of the writ application in whose

favour the judgement was passed were given six marks

in TET 2014. The petitioners here want those six marks

though they are not covered by the said judgment on

the ground, they are similarly situated candidates.

However, in such matters the Supreme Court had

directed this court that such matters would be decided

by a Division Bench and some matters are pending

before that Division Bench. I also send this matter to

the Division Bench which is now in seisin of the matter.

The application for addition of party is also not being

adjudicated by me as it is the Division Bench who will

look into the matter wholly. This petition may be placed

before the said Division Bench in connection with the

appeal being MAT 1594 of 2018.

The matter goes out of my list for placing the

same before the Hon'ble Division Bench.
