The Court: It appears from the earlier orders of this Court dated 14th

November, 2017 that judgment-debtor no.1 was directed to file his affidavit of

assets. The said order has been communicated to the judgment-debtors and

affidavit of service is kept on record. The said order has not been complied till

date.

The judgment-debtor no.2 has filed its affidavit of assets which is on

record.

In view of the above, let warrants of arrest be issued against the judgment-

debtor no.1.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of arrest

and production of the judgment-debtors before this Court on or before the

returnable date.

The judgment-debtor no.2 is directed to be present in Court on the

returnable date for his examination.

The warrant of arrest for judgment-debtor no.1 is made returnable twelve

weeks hence.

The matter is made returnable twelve weeks hence.
