The Court: Mr. Shiba Sardar has been produced in Court today. He has

deposed and submitted that he shall file his affidavit of assets in Form No.16 A,

Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 within ten weeks. In light of the

same, the deponent is discharged from the custody of this Court.

Accordingly, Mr. Shiba Sardar is directed to file his affidavit of assets

within 12 weeks.
