                       The instant matter is listed as 'to be mentioned' on

                the prayer of counsel for the petitioners, after service of

                notice upon the counsel for the respondent authorities,

for correction in the judgment dated 21.04.2022.

In page 3 of the judgment dated 21.04.2022 at

paragraph 3 in line 1, the "District Controller (F & S)" is

inadvertently typed instead of "Additional Secretary to

the Government of West Bengal". Hence, in page 3

paragraph 3 line 1 of the of the judgment dated

21.04.2022 instead of "District Controller (F & S)" shall

be read as "Additional Secretary to the Government of

West Bengal".

In the said judgment at page 3 paragraph 3 line 2,

after the word 'and' the District Controller (F&S) is to be

added. Hence, paragraph 3 of page 3 of the judgment

dated 21.04.2022 shall read as

"On 07.08.2019, the Assistant Secretary to the

Government of West Bengal had issued a notice by

canceling the vacancy in question and the District

Controller (F&S) refunded the application fee to the

petitioners. Being aggrieved with the order of cancellation,

the petitioners have preferred a writ application before

this Court being WPA No. 16833 of 2019 praying for

quashing of the impugned order of cancellation and

consequential order for appointment of distributorship

against the vacancy declared by the respondents. The writ

petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the Co-

ordinate Bench of this Court dated 16.09.2020. Being

aggrieved with the order of dismissal dt. 16.09.2020 the

petitioners have preferred an appeal, being MAT No. 617

of 2020 which was subsequently renumbered as FMA 913

of 2020. "

This order shall be treated as incorporation of the

judgment dated 21.04.2022.

The registry is directed to take appropriate steps.
