The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the
petitioner in C.O. 1745 of 2016 submits that during the pendency of
the reference, the parties have settled their disputes out of Court and
the preemptor has purchased the suit property.
As such, C.O. 1745 of 2016 is detagged from the list of
the assigned matters and stands disposed off as withdrawn.
In respect of other matters, the parties were directed to
file their Law Notes along with the judgments to be relied upon
within three weeks from April 13, 2022. The parties are not
prepared with their Law Notes.
The time to file the Law Notes along with the relevant
judgments shall be filed on or before July 8, 2022, when the matter
shall be listed under the same heading at 1-00 p.m.
