Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate for the

petitioner submits that the preemptors/opposite

parties are proceeding to execute the impugned

order of preemption, he prays for stay of operation

of the said order.

There shall be stay of operation of the

impugned judgment and order dated September

30, 2019 passed by the learned Additional District

Judge, Nabadwip, District Nadia in Misc. Appeal

No. 13 of 2016 till the end of the month of June,

2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Put up the matter in the list under the

heading "Motion" two weeks after the ensuing

Summer Vacation of the Court.
