It is to be noted that by an order dated April 13, 2022, order has been passed in
terms of prayer (c) of the Tabular Statement injuncting the judgment-debtors from
dealing with and operating their bank accounts mentioned in paragraph 24 of the
petition without leaving apart a sum of Rs.50,93,342/-.
Since none has appeared on behalf of the judgment-debtors in Court today, the
judgment-debtors are directed to file their affidavit of assets within a period of eight
weeks from date. In the event affidavit of assets is not filed, warrant of arrest shall be
issued against the judgment-debtors.
The matter is made returnable eight weeks hence.
