The Court:- An accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the judgment-

debtor. The matter was at the stage of examination of the judgment-debtor. It is

submitted on behalf of the judgment-debtor that the judgment-debtor is unwell

and has been unable to come to Court.

As a last chance, let this matter appear on 11 March, 2022.

In default of appearance appropriate orders for warrant of arrest would be

passed against the judgment-debtor.

In the meantime, the Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor

is directed to provide the Advocate appearing on behalf of the decree-holder with

all necessary documents which were sought for by the decree-holder on 25 th

February, 2022 during the course of examination of the judgment-debtor.

Let such documents be provided positively by 9th March, 2022.
