The Court: An accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the judgment-

debtor no.2. It is submitted on behalf of the judgment-debtor no.2 that he is

seriously ill and is suffering from heart ailments and is being treated at Mumbai.

A medical certificate dated 28 February 2022 is produced by the Advocate

appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor no.2.

The decree-holder submits that the judgment-debtor no.2 is presently

outside the country.

The Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor no.2 submits

that he is ready and willing to produce all the relevant documents and extracts

of the entire passport of the judgment-debtor no.2 to demonstrate that he is in

India.

In the meantime, Mr. Ajay Jain, another director of the judgment-debtor

no.1 be available for examination on the returnable date.

In the meantime, the Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-

debtors is directed to produce all particulars of the passport of judgment-debtor

no.2 positively by 10 March 2022.

The matter is made returnable on 10 March 2022.
