The Court:- Pursuant to an order dated 28 th February, 2022 the Arbitrator

Mr. Bibek Raha, Ex-Chief Engineer, National Highway, PWD, Government of

West Bengal is present in Court.

It is clarified by Mr. Raha that both the awards annexed to AP/352/2017

and the execution application being EC/276/2018 respectively, one filed by

the judgment-debtor State and the other filed by the decree-holder have been

signed by him.

It is also clarified by Mr. Raha that he had personally served the claimant

a copy of the award on 17 October, 2016 by hand and also personally served

the judgment-debtor State on 14 February, 2017 also by hand.

It is further clarified by Mr. Raha that, the insertion by hand alongwith his

initials in the copy of the award handed over to the judgment-debtor State is

in his own hand writing.

During the course of hearing, Mr. Raha had sought for and was granted

assistance of an Interpreter in Court.

The presence of Mr. Raha is noted, appreciated and dispensed with.

Heard the parties. Let this matter appear on 7 th March, 2022 for further

hearing.

By consent of the parties, the names of the Advocates appearing on behalf

of the parties both in the order dated 28 th February, 2022 and 8th February,

2022 respectively be modified in the following manner:-
