Mr. Nandi, learned advocate appearing for the

appellants submits that the subject matter of challenge

in the present appeal is an order dated 13th May, 2015 by

which a group of writ petitions including the writ petition

preferred by the appellants herein being WP No.36084

(W) of 2013 were dismissed by a common judgment dated

13th May, 2015.

He further informs this Court that three appeals

being MAT 1069 of 2015, MAT 1129 of 2015 and MAT

1309 of 2015 challenging the said judgment dated 13th

May, 2015 have been assigned to the Hon'ble Bench

presided over by the Hon'ble Justice Subrata Talukdar

and the said appeals are being heard by the said Hon'ble

Court.

In view thereof and to avoid the risk of conflicting

decisions, the matter stands released from our list.

The appellants would be at liberty to take appropriate

steps for assignment.
