The Court: Mr. Arindam Chandra, learned Advocate appears for the writ

petitioners and Mr. Alak Kumar Ghosh, learned Advocate appears for the Kolkata

Municipal Corporation.

The learned Advocates appearing for the parties submitted that the issues

involved in this writ petition are already covered by a Division Bench judgment of

this Court dated February 18, 2020 delivered in the matter of A.P.O No.351 of

2017 in W.P. No.717 of 2009 (Kolkata Municipal Corporation & Ors. Vs.

Vodafone Idea Limited & Anr.). In the light of the said Division Bench

judgment, this writ petition can be disposed of.

However, the parties jointly prayed for an adjournment of the matter for

the day for making necessary submissions on the basis of the said Division

Bench judgment.

On the joint prayers of the parties, the writ petition shall appear for further

consideration accordingly on July 5, 2022 under the heading "For Orders (Old

Matters)".
