The Court : This application is for an execution of an award dated 19th

December, 2017. The judgment debtors are represented. By an order dated 16th

December, 2021, an order in terms of prayer (g) of the Tabular Statement has

already been granted.

Let this matter appear on 14th February, 2022.

In the meantime, the judgment debtors are directed to file Affidavit of

Assets in Form No.16 A, Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. In

default of filing of such Affidavit of Assets, appropriate orders for issuance of

warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.
