The Court: This is an application for execution of an award dated 3 rd

February, 2020. The award is for a sum of approximately Rs.12 crores.

The judgment debtor is represented and prays for an accommodation. It

appears that the matter had been adjourned on several occasions i.e., 24 th

November, 2021 and 16th December, 2021. It is an admitted position that no

application in securing an award under Section 36 of the Act has been filed till

date.

In view of the aforesaid, let there be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the

Tabular Statement.

The judgment-debtor is directed to file an Affidavit of Assets within a period

of four weeks from date. In default of filing of such Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate orders for warrant of arrest would be executed against the

judgment debtor.

Let this matter appear on 14th February, 2022.
