The Court : This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 26 th

June, 2019 filed within a period of two years from the date of passing of the

award. The award is for a sum of Rs.26,37,669/-. It is submitted on behalf of the

decree-holder that the award has become final, binding and enforceable and

there is no challenge pending against the same.

In view of the aforesaid, let there be an order in terms of prayers (e) and (g)

of the Tabular Statement. The decree-holder is directed to effect service on all

the judgment-debtors and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.

Let this matter appear on 10th February, 2022.
