The Court:- This is an application for execution of an award dated 28 April, 2016.

The award is for a sum of Rs.36,32,636.64/-. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-

holder that the award has become final, binding and enforceable and there is no

challenge pending to the same. Since this application is filed after a period of more than

two years after the making of the award, the Department is directed to issue a notice

under Order 20 Rule 22(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on the judgment-

debtors.

Let this matter appear on 14th March, 2022. In the meantime, the Department is

directed to file a Report on the returnable date.
