It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that notwithstanding an

order dated 22 November, 2021 no Affidavit-of-Assets has yet been filed by the

judgment debtor. Accordingly, the time to file the Affidavit of Assets is extended

till the returnable date. The decree-holder is directed to serve a notice on the

judgment debtor and file and Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.
