The Court: This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 27 th

September, 2019. Pursuant to an earlier order of Court the Department has

filed a Report. It appears from the report that the service has been effected on

15th January, 2022 on the judgment-debtors.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

In view of the fact that there is an award in excess of Rs.15 lakhs due and

payable by the judgment-debtors to the decree-holder and the award remains

unsatisfied till date, let there be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Tabular

Statement.

Let this matter appear on 24th March, 2022.
