It is submitted by the Learned Advocate for the appellant that judgment in CRA 744/2015 was delivered on 27th January, 2022. But inadvertently in the cause title of the judgment in place of CRA there is a typographical mistake inasmuch as CRR is recorded.

The cause title of the judgment dated 27 th January, 2022 be rectified by recording the number of the appeal as CRA 744/2015 in place of CRR 744/2015.

The server copy of the judgment be also corrected accordingly.
