Let the order dated 21st January, 2022 be

corrected by amending the cause title part of the order

in the following manner:

"And - CPAN 437 of 2021 Arup Roy and Ors. -vs- Rajiv Sinha and Ors."

The department is to effect this correction within

three working days of communication of this order.

An affidavit of service is on record which shows

service of the contempt petition (CPAN 437 of 2021) on

the alleged contemnors.

WPCRC 278 of 2016 with CPAN 1054 of 2016 was

disposed of by this court's judgment and order dated

15th September, 2020.

List the contempt application (CPAN 437 of 2021)

on 16th September, 2021 under the heading "Contempt

Application" immediately after To Be Mentioned

matters, if any.

The petitioners are directed to intimate the

alleged contemnors of the gist of this order.

The present Chief Secretary to the Government of

West Bengal shall on that date cause to be filed a report

in this court as to the steps taken for compliance of this

court's order dated 15th September, 2020.
