Heard the learned advocates for the parties. Hearing is concluded and judgment is reserved. Mr. Basu, learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that a copy of the writ petition, being WPA 12406 of 2021, paragraph 38 of which was relied upon by the petitioner before the competent authority to be treated as the reply to the show cause notice issued by the competent authority, shall be filed by August 17, 2022.
