This matter has come at the instance of Punalur

Paper Mills Ltd. for correction of the names of the

Advocates representing the respective parties in the

proceeding.

We find that there is an apparent mistake in

recording the appearance of the parties in relation to

the matters they had represented. Accordingly, the

appearance of the learned Counsel for the parties as

recorded in the judgment and order dated 5th April,

2022 shall be deleted and substituted by the following:-

The department shall record disposal of the appeal

and the connected applications in terms of the

judgment and order dated 5th April, 2022 and the said

matter shall not be shown as pending.
