The Court : An affidavit of service filed on behalf of the decree-holder be

kept with the records.

It appears that notwithstanding several directions upon the judgment-

debtors, the judgment-debtors are unrepresented. There has also been non-

compliance with the earlier orders of Court by the judgment-debtors.

In view of the aforesaid, the judgment-debtors are directed to file their

affidavit of assets in terms of prayer (c) of the Tabular Statement.

The matter is made returnable on 10 November 2021.

The decree-holder is directed to forthwith inform upon the judgment-

debtors of the passing of this order.

It is made clear that in default with the direction of Court, appropriate

orders would be passed against the judgment-debtors.

The decree-holder is directed to file their affidavit of service on the

returnable date.
