The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the warrants

of arrest against the judgment-debtor nos. 2 and 3 have not been executed till

date in terms of the earlier orders of Court.

In view of aforesaid, the returnable date of warrants of arrest is extended by

a period of two months from date. Alternatively fresh warrants of arrest be issued

in compliance with the earlier orders of Court.

The matter is made returnable on 23rd November 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of arrest

and production of the judgment-debtor nos. 2 and 3 before this Court on or

before the returnable date.
