The Court: The decree-holder seeks execution of an award dated July

30, 2018. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that notwithstanding an

earlier order dated February 4, 2020, there has been no compliance by the

judgment debtors.

None appears on behalf of the judgment debtors nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

In view of the non-compliance on the part of the judgment debtors, let

warrants of arrest be issued against the judgment debtor nos. 1 and 3. The

matter is made returnable on 17 November, 2021.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the concerned Police Station are directed to execute the warrants of arrest and

ensure presence of the judgment debtors nos. 1 and 3 before this Court on the

adjourned date of hearing.
