The Court : This matter is mentioned at the instance of the decree-holder.

It is submitted that there is an incorrect recording in the order dated 6th

September, 2021. Instead of directing issuance of a notice under Order 21 Rule

22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, it is inadvertently gone down that the

judgment-debtors are directed to file their affidavit of assets.

Let the order dated 6 September 2021 be modified to the aforesaid extent.

The Department is directed to effect service on all the judgment-debtors in

terms of Order 21 Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The Department is directed to comply with the aforesaid direction within a

period of four weeks from date.

The matter is made returnable on 17 November, 2021.
