In view of the submissions made on behalf of the decree-holder, the

returnable date of warrant of arrest is extended by a period of two months

from date. Alternatively a fresh warrant be issued in compliance with the

earlier orders of Court.

The warrant of arrest is made returnable on 22 November 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the judgment-debtor before this Court on or before

the returnable date.
