The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 19 th

June, 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the award has

become final, binding and enforceable. In view of the aforesaid, the judgment-

debtors are directed to file the affidavits of assets in Form No. 16A of

Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure within four weeks from date.

The Department is directed to effect service on all the judgment-debtors in

terms of the Order 21 Rule 22(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
