The Court : Learned counsel appearing for the defendant no.3 seeks to

withdraw the application for recalling a judgment dated 31st March, 2014, for

certain errors in the application.

Since it is found that the application was filed in August, 2021, the

applicant is given leave to withdraw the application only upon costs being paid

which are reasonably assessed at Rs.10,000/- to be paid to Bharat Sevasram

Sangha, Kolkata within a period of a fortnight from date.

The applicant is given leave to file afresh on the same cause of action.

GA/3/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of this order.
