The Court: This is an application for execution of an award dated 26 th July,

2013. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that despite earlier orders

of Court, there has been no affidavit of assets filed in terms of such earlier

directions of Court.

In view of deliberate and intentional non-compliance by the judgment

debtor, let warrants of arrest be issued in the names of the Directors

mentioned in paragraph 24 of the affidavit in support of the tabular statement.

The Officer-in-Charge of the local Police Station is directed to ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment debtors on

or before the returnable date.

The warrants of arrest are made returnable on or before 27 th September,

2021.
