The Court :- This is an application for execution of an award dated 30 th

October, 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that there is no

challenge to the said award and the same has become final and enforceable. In

view of the aforesaid, the decree holder is directed to serve a notice and a copy

of the application on the judgment debtors informing them of this order.

In the meantime, there will be an order in terms of prayer (g) of the

Tabular Statement.

The matter is made returnable on 22nd September, 2021.
