the earlier orders of Court the judgment debtor has filed an affidavit of assets.

In view of the aforesaid, let this matter appear on 9 th November, 2021 for

fixing a date for examination of the judgment debtor.

In the meantime, the judgment debtor will disclose the particulars of the

individuals mentioned in paragraph 9 of the affidavit of assets pertaining to

the alleged debts due and payable to the judgment debtor.
