The Court : The decree-holder is represented. It is submitted on behalf
of the decree-holder that notwithstanding the previous orders of Court dated
22 February 2019, 5 April 2019 and 21 June 2019, the warrant of arrest has
not been executed against the judgment-debtor no.1.
In view of the aforesaid, let a fresh warrant of arrest be issued against
the judgment-debtor no.1. The warrant of arrest is made returnable eight
weeks hence.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of
the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of
arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no.1 before this Court on or
before the returnable date.
The decree-holder is also directed to serve a notice on the Director
General of Police and the Superintendent of Police, Keonjhar District, Odisha
informing them of inability of the concerned Officers to execute the earlier
warrant of arrest in this proceeding.
The matter is made returnable on 13 December 2021.
