No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the

matter is called on for hearing.

No accommodation is sought.

On the last few occasions, i.e. on 08.06.2011,

23.09.2021, 27.09.2021 and 04.10.2021 when the matter

was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of

the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment.

However, it appears that the matter relates to

judgment and order of conviction and sentence.

Therefore, the Registry is directed to issue an

administrative notice on the petitioner intimating him

about the next date of hearing and directing him to

appear before this Court on the next date of hearing,

failing which an ex parte order would be passed.

Let the notice be made returnable on 11th

November, 2021.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may

be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if

applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
