The Court:-It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the

judgment-debtors have been duly served. This is an application for

execution of an award dated 3rd February, 2015.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the said award

has become final, binding and enforceable and there is no challenge to

the same. The decree is for a sum of approximately Rs. 23 lakhs.

In view of the aforesaid, there will be an order in terms of prayer (a)

of the tabular statement.

It is made clear that in default of filing of Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate orders for issuance of warrant of arrest would be issued

against the judgment-debtors.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of December, 2021. In

the meantime, the decree-holder is directed to serve a notice on the

judgment-debtors informing them of the returnable date and file an

affidavit of service on the returnable date.
