The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that on

an earlier occasion, i.e., 29th November, 2019 the judgment debtors had

given an undertaking to be present as and when directed. It is further

submitted on behalf of the decree holder that notwithstanding the direction

contained in the order dated 28th November, 2018 no Affidavit of Assets

has been filed by the judgment debtors.

As a last opportunity, the time to file the Affidavit of Assets is

extended by a period of four weeks from date.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of November, 2021.

In the meantime, the decree holder is directed to serve a notice on

the judgment debtors as well as the advocate appearing on behalf of the

judgment debtors informing them of the passing of the order and file an

affidavit of service on the returnable date.
