The Court:- In the present execution proceedings, a cheque for

Rs.2,50,000/- approximately be forwarded to the Advocate-on-Record on behalf

of the decree-holder.

It is clarified that by virtue of the orders dated 23 rd February, 2021 and 26th

February, 2021 the Receiver is not in symbolic possession of premises no. 4,

Chowringhee Square, Kolkata-700001.

The judgment debtor is also directed to furnish security of any other

property which is unencumbered and belonging to the judgment debtor no. 1 on

the returnable date.

All other questions including the exact amount (if any) due and payable by

the judgment debtor to the decree-holder would be decided after the exchange of

affidavits. Affidavit-in-Opposition file within a period of one week after reopening

of the ensuing Puja Vacation. Reply there to, if any, be filed two weeks thereafter.
