Upon hearing learned advocates for the parties, the

judgment and order dated November 24, 2021 is modified to the

extent that in paragraph 15 of the judgment, in the third line,

the word "with" shall stand deleted and shall be substituted by

the words "and additionally". In other words, the first sentence

of paragraph 15 of the said judgment and order shall read as

follows :-

"Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Singh @ Rakesh Kumar Singh shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.1,00,000/-, and additionally four sureties of Rs.50,000/- each, two of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Learned Judge, Special Court under the NDPS Act, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, and on further condition that he shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a week until further orders."

The other portions of the judgment and order shall

remain unaltered.

All parties and the learned Court below shall act in

terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official

website of this Court.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied

for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on

compliance with all the necessary formalities.
