                      CAN 2 of 2021 has been filed seeking

               implementation of the order dated January 14,

               2020. There is no appeal from the said order or

               the orders dated April 10, 2017 and June 8, 2018.

                      No   affidavits    have    been    filed   despite

               directions of this Court.

                      In those circumstances, WPA 3659 of 2016

               is   disposed   of   directing   the   respondents     to

implement the order dated January 14, 2020

being "Annexure-D" to CAN 2 of 2021.

In view of the above, CAN 2 of 2021 shall

stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this

judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties upon

compliance of all formalities.
